| What have you done today? Have
you done at least one thing to prepare yourself or your band for a career in music?
Obviously you have...YOU'RE HERE. What
did you do yesterday? Anything? Are you on the right track; moving forward? These are the
questions that you need to ask yourself every day. Over the course of each day find the
time to do at least one thing to promote your career in music, if that's what you want, a
career in music.
You should have a things to do list or a
projects list to work on that will advance the business side of your career. (If you do
not have one, make one now.) Every day you should work on something on this list. It might
be as small as making a phone call or sending an email. But you should do something
because long journeys are made up of a series of small steps.
If you're not doing anything, you need to
question your devotion to a career in music. This may come as a shock to you, but success
in the music business comes from hard work. Part of that hard work is doing one thing
everyday. If you hold yourself to such a standard, you will be knowledgeable, better
prepared, and most of all ready to make the step to bigger and better things.

| Why is Gold
Record Music doing this? |
| We are doing this for a variety
of reasons. First, we love music;
all styles and kinds.
Second, we feel that the music we love should
be heard by more people. There are a million good bands, they just need more exposure and
an outlet for their music.
Third, we have the resources to live out your
dreams. We have sponsors that pay our expenses and help fund our projects that in turn
benefit you.
Finally, and simply; wouldn't it be great to
work with music and bands all day. I sure think it is!

| Who will
maintain copyright and publishing rights on these songs? |
You. You will retain all the
rights to your songs. We do not use contracts. We try to keep things as simple as possible
and also try to be flexible in regards to what a band needs and wants. But in all cases,
you retain all the rights to your songs.

| Will any of the
compilation CDs be sold? |
No. We try to make our
compilation CDs available to as many people as we can. No CDs can be sold. This is only
about exposure to your music. Neither one of us will make money from this promotional
project. Selling them would only decrease exposure.

| What will it
cost me or my band? |
Nothing. We are sponsored and
work independently, with very little overhead. Therefore we can offer our services to
those we choose to assist absolutely free.

| What type of
music is Gold Record Music interested in? |
Any and all types but mainly
Modern Rock. Our only rule is: "No cover bands, No karaoke, No folk and No pure
instrumental bands."

| What are some
other factors that will rule us out? |
We rule out very few bands
because they rule themselves out. If you are late, unprofessional, or difficult to work
with, you will rule yourself out. As long as you are professional, prompt and prepared,
you will be considered for a variety of our projects.

| Can I send you
a link and have you listen to our MP3s? |
| No. We have a review panel of
radio music directors from all over the country who review your music. We do not want to
impose on these professionals by asking them to download your music. Simply sending us a link shows no initiative. We are
looking for bands to put in some work, because we are going to put in a lot of work for
you. So please try to meet our requests, it will help in the long run.

| After you
receive our music what is the next step? |
As we mentioned, we have our
panel of radio music directors review your music. We also preview it to other key people
in the music business. We also try to learn more about you or your band and what you hope
to gain by working with us. We try to make a decision based on music, character, work
ethic, ambition and personality.

| What if I do
not have the materials that you want? |
Normally the bands we choose to
assist are prepared, ambitious, professional and willing to work hard for what they want.
On the other hand, we do not want to rule out good music or good people because of lack of
experience. Therefore, if you have questions or need advice regarding submitting material,
please contact us and we will be happy to send you samples or offer advice.

| How much will I
be in contact with Gold Record Music? |
| We are not here to
"baby-sit" musicians. We look for you to be responsible. We will try to stay in
touch with you by asking your advice and keeping you notified regarding the progress of
our current and future projects. We like to form strong relationships with the artist
because it allows us to best market and promote your music. The better we know you, the
better we can help make your dreams a reality. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. We will try
to be as interactive with you as possible. Communication between us will only help you. So
